By using AI Note Taker you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you record or upload. You give us permission to process it only to run the app for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your content and for having the right to record and use it, including getting permission from the people you record.
Plans and subscriptions
- The free plan has limits that are shown in the app and may change.
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, weekly or yearly. The price is shown on the purchase screen before you pay, in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. The plan renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions. You keep access until the period you paid for ends. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content that is illegal or that you have no right to use. Do not record people without the consent the law requires. Do not try to disrupt the service, reach other people’s notes, or misuse the AI features. We may limit or end access for misuse.
AI results
Transcripts, summaries and chat answers are generated automatically and can contain mistakes. Check anything important, such as names, numbers, dates, legal, medical or financial points, before you rely on it.
Availability
We work to keep the service running but provide it “as is”. It may be unavailable at times, and features may change.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by relying on automatically generated notes. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
Ending
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is meaningful we will update the date above and, where needed, tell you in the app. Using the app after a change means you accept it.
